Award Show Frequently Asked Questions
When and where is the Award Show?
The awards show will be held on Thursday, October 24th at 9:30AM CDT in the main ballroom of the Statler hotel. Make sure you’re there to cheer on Award winners!
When and where should I meet before the show?
Please meet in the Embassy Ballroom at 8:00AM CDT (2nd floor across from Open Office Hours) to prepare for the award show, watch the live stream of the first session, and snap a solo pic with a display award.
How long will the award show last?
The award show will last around 1 hour and 15 minutes. It will be held from 9:30AM-10:45AM CDT.
Will I get my picture taken?
You will get 2 pictures taken as part of the award show. One will be taken in the Embassy Ballroom and the other will be taken on stage with our co-founders. You will be getting access to these photos shortly after they are taken.
Can I retake my picture(s)?
You’ll be able to take retake pictures in the Embassy Ballroom on October 24th from 12:00PM-1:00PM.
Do I get to keep the award?
Your custom award - personalized with your name and company name - will be shipped directly to you after the Summit. You should have already received a purchase link to place your order and confirm Award personalization details, but if you haven’t, feel free to email our awards team at [email protected] and they’ll assist you.
Where do I go once I’ve walked the stage?
As you’re leaving the stage, a HighLevel staff member will direct you to your seat in the ballroom.
Can I bring my family and friends?
The HighLevel Awards show is for our HighLevel community to celebrate award winners and their achievements! Only Summit ticket holders will be allowed into the ballroom to ensure. If they don’t have a ticket, they will not be permitted to enter.
How do I know where to go?
We will have several HighLevel staff members directing you throughout every step of the awards show. Please meet in the Embassy ballroom at 8:00AM CDT on Thursday, October 24th.
Will the event be live-streamed?
The event will not be live-streamed. We also ask that you please refrain from recording/publishing the full Awards Show.
Are there any rehearsals for the award show?
There will not be any rehearsals for the award show. We will have several HighLevel staff members directing you throughout every step of the awards show to ensure a smooth experience for all award winners. Please meet in the Embassy ballroom at 8:00AM CDT on Thursday, October 24th.
What should I wear?
There is no specific dress code for this event - wear what you feel most confident in!
Will I miss out on the first session?
Don’t worry about missing any of the amazing content in the Grand Ballroom. We’ll be live-streaming Keala Kanae’s keynote session in the Embassy Ballroom so you won’t miss a thing!
