When is the HighLevel Summit 2025?

The HighLevel Summit 2025 will take place on October 13th-16th, 2025!

Is there a room block available?

Yes, we have arranged a room block at the Hilton Anatole for the nights of the event, available on a first-come, first-served basis. After purchasing your ticket, you will receive a link to book your accommodations. Be sure to grab your Summit 2025 tickets early, as rooms are limited!

I am having issues with my hotel reservation. Can HighLevel help?

While we wish we could offer assistance for any issues that may arise, we do not own the hotel or rooming facility and are not responsible for any problems that may occur. Please reach out to the hotel you’re staying with directly for any questions or concerns.

What is the safety/COVID policy?

We will be following all State and local guidelines regarding masks and vaccinations at this event, which are currently not required. This is subject to change and any updates will be communicated. However, HighLevel always recommends that participants follow CDC guidelines during their travel and at the event.

What should I wear?

Wear what makes you comfortable, and if it has a HighLevel logo on it, all the better!

Will meals be provided with my ticket purchase?

Meals are provided with the purchase of a VIP ticket only.

Where can I get food if I have a General Admission ticket?

You can enjoy meals at the restaurants within The Hilton Anatole or explore nearby dining options conveniently located close to the hotel!

What are the ticket options?

General Admission: Enjoy full access to all sessions, the exhibitor hall, Open Office Hours Live, and evening events. You’ll also receive exclusive HighLevel Summit swag as part of your experience!


VIP: Unlock everything included in the General Admission ticket, plus premium perks—prime seating, complimentary meals, open bar access during evening events, and exclusive entry to the VIP lounge!

Are you selling virtual tickets?

No, only in-person tickets are available for this event.

Do you offer 1-Day passes?

No, unfortunately the only tickets available for purchase are for the entire 3-day conference.

Are session recordings included in my ticket purchase?

No, recordings are a separate purchase from your event ticket and are available for purchase when you buy your ticket.

Can I upgrade my ticket to VIP?

We completely understand wanting to make the most of the HighLevel Summit! Here’s how to secure your VIP upgrade:

Can I give / sell my ticket to someone else if I can no longer attend?

No, tickets are non-transferable. Any individual attempting to gain entry with a ticket not issued in their name will be denied admission.

I purchased a ticket and now I have to cancel. Can I get a refund?

No, unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds. All event ticket sales are final.

My confirmation email does not have a ticket, when will I receive my ticket?

You will receive an email closer to the event date with your digital ticket.

Can I still purchase a ticket on the day of the event?

Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If we have spots open at the Summit, tickets can be purchased, but once they're sold out, no additional tickets will be available.

Can I bring my child(ren) to the conference?

We are so glad you want your family to experience the event, but unfortunately attendance is limited to individuals over the age of eighteen (18). If your child is over the age of eighteen (18) and did not purchase a ticket in advance, they will be denied entry.

Do you offer discounted tickets?

We have a limited number of discounted tickets available. Once those are sold out, tickets are available at retail price.

What types of sessions will be available?

We have some great speakers this year and have a wide range of topics and sessions that we’ll cover. We have 3 panels that will be on the main stage talking all things Affiliate Marketing, SaaS and Agencies.

Our Keynote and Breakout speaker sessions have topics that range from business growth and operational strategies to revenue generation strategies and more! Stay tuned in to our emails and socials to find out more as we get closer to the event.

Where can I find the agenda?

Our incredible team is diligently securing the HighLevel Summit lineup to ensure our sessions address the latest trends in digital marketing. Keep an eye on our website for agenda updates as they're released!

Can I record the conference sessions?

Recording conference sessions is not permitted. Professionals have been hired to capture all sessions, and the recordings are available for purchase when you buy your event ticket.

Please note that purchased recordings will be available approximately 4 weeks after the event concludes, as we work to upload them!
