When is the 2024 HighLevel Summit?

The 2024 HighLevel Summit will take place on October 21st-24th, 2024!

What is the safety/COVID policy?

We will be following all State and local guidelines regarding masks and vaccinations at this event, which are currently not required. This is subject to change and any updates will be communicated. However, HighLevel always recommends that participants follow CDC guidelines during their travel and at the event.

What are the ticket options?

All Access: grants entry to every session, the exhibitor hall, Open Office Hours Live, and evening events, along with complimentary exclusive HighLevel Summit SWAG.

VIP: includes all the features of an All Access pass, with the added perks of prime seating, complimentary meals, an open bar during evening events, and exclusive access to the VIP Welcome Event.

VIP+: integrates everything included in the VIP package, along with access to an additional day of sessions and experiences, and complimentary bonus SWAG.

Are you selling virtual tickets?

No, only in-person tickets are available for this event.

Do you offer 1-Day passes?

No, unfortunately the only tickets available for purchase are for the entire 3-day conference.

Are session recordings included in my ticket purchase?

No, recordings are a separate purchase from your event ticket and are available for purchase when you buy your ticket.

Will meals be provided with my ticket purchase?

Meals are provided with the purchase of a VIP ticket only.

Can I record the conference sessions?

Recording conference sessions is not permitted. Professionals have been hired to capture all sessions, and the recordings are available for purchase when you buy your event ticket.

Can I give / sell my ticket to someone else if I can no longer attend?

No, tickets are non-transferable. Any individual attempting to gain entry with a ticket not issued in their name will be denied admission.

I purchased a ticket and now I have to cancel. Can I get a refund?

No, unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds. All event ticket sales are final.

Can I bring my child(ren) to the conference?

We are so glad you want your family to experience the event, but unfortunately attendance is limited to individuals over the age of eighteen (18). If your child is over the age of eighteen (18) and did not purchase a ticket in advance, they will be denied entry.

Is there a room block available?

We arranged a room block at the Statler for the nights of the event on a first-come, first-served basis. Those rooms are now sold out. There are several nearby hotels for alternative booking.

I am having issues with my hotel reservation. Can HighLevel help?

While we wish we could offer assistance for any issues that may arise, we do not own the hotel or rooming facility and are not responsible for any problems that may occur.
